Food in China

I came to China with the expectation that the food situation might be difficult for me, but actually it is not like that at all! The food here is so good and very tasty! Even though I have never seen anything of the food here before, I am very experimental and most of the time really happy with what I get.

But even though the food is good, the Chinese seem to have a very different understanding of a "clean" kitchen and workplace. So sometimes you just have to go with it and close both eyes while walking by the kitchen, because be prepared to see really strange things ;). For example the bones of half an animal, witch can not be identified anymore...

Strange is interesting and interesting is good!
